    WORC collaborated with other companies to start the groundbreaking on a new Senior Housing

  • Small Business Impact Grant

    WORC provided grants to several small businesses throughout Wynnefield & Overbrook business corridors

  • Building Demolition

    WORC attained $250,000 through a blighted property remediation grant to demolish a property on 6150 Lancaster Ave for reconstruction.

  • Parapet Project

    WORC rented out equipment to fix a parapet problem.

  • Business Upscale Remodel

    WORC provided a grant fto Butts Barbershop which went towards a 1st floor storefront renovation

  • Wynnefield Place Senior Residence

    WORC partnered with city and state officials, along with Presby Inspired Life to break ground for the development of a 48 unit senior housing complex in the 1700 block of N. 54th Street.

  • Business Upscale Renovation

    WORC spearheaded the planning of upscale renovations for two stores on 54th Street and successfully secured a grant to fund the project
