  • Wynne Senior Residences (Wynne Ballroom)

    WORC has worked with city and state officials, as well as Pennrose Development to help secure proper funding for the redevelopment of the old Wynne Ballroom at 2001 N. 54th Street.

    The Wynne Senior Residences now houses 51 units for seniors ages 62 and above, along with one commercial space located on the first floor.

  • Triangle Park

    WORC worked with city officials and tireless community representatives to revitalize a neighborhood eyesore into a beautiful green space with a walking track, exercise stations, playground equipment and a pavilion that neighbors can enjoy and celebrate.

  • Wynnefield Residents Apartment

    WORC partnered with city and state officials, along with Presby Inspired Life to break ground for the development of a 48 unit senior housing complex in the 1700 block of N. 54th Street.

  • Wynnefield Plaza (Wynnefield & Bryn Mawr Avenue)

    WORC has worked with a variety of partners to evaluate the need to redevelop the property at 2231 Bryn Mawr Avenue.

  • School Supply Drive

    WORC supported an established a school supply drive for youth in Wynnefield & Overbrook areas
